New Metering Pumps Provide Accurate, Cost-Effective Dosing to 2220 GPH
At a fraction of the cost of conventional precision Metering Pumps
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Hydra-Cell Industrial Pumps, Wanner Engineering Inc., introduces D35 Metering series industrial pumps. From ultra pure fluids to corrosive and slurries, these powerful pumps can provide steady, pulse-free metering up to 2220 gph (8400 lph) and pressure up to 1200 psi (83 bar).

These positive displacement-type metering pumps incorporate five Hydra-Cells into a pentaplex design, enabling the metering pump to provide steady, pulse-free flow under the most demanding conditions. They feature tapered roller bearings and a seal-less design; they are also self-priming, run dry without damage and provide quiet, smooth operation. These metering pumps are available with an optional oil level monitor that can detect dramatic oil level changes in the pump to minimize costly process interruptions and potential pump damage. This is of particular interest for remote or critical pumping applications, such as automotive plants, oil refineries, chemical processing plants and paper mills.
